PHOTOGRAPHER/FOUNDER: Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sean works within the mediums of both photography and film. Using his camera as a passport, Sean delves into worlds that are often overlooked by the common eye.  Feeling a strong compassion for every subject he shoots, he has explored a variety of societies throughout the world with his camera.  In doing so he has donated a number of his images to a range of non-profit based organizations to help further raise awareness about causes he feels passionate about.

CO-FOUNDER:  John Elliott is the buyer and manager for Jack’s on Chestnut as well as a member of the promotion team, Vintage 415. He had the initial idea to do a book on The Tenderloin and is the Co-Founder of The Tenderlion Project.  He was vital in getting the project off of the ground and introducing it to the world.

EXHIBITING PRODUCER: Economics has been defined as “the study of how people seek to satisfy needs and wants.”  This study is very much the focus of Homa Zarghamee’s attention, both literally, in her work as a professor of economics, and more generally, in her approach to the arts, humanities, and even the quotidian.  She received her B.A. in mathematics and B.A., M.A., and Ph.D in economics from Cornell University.  She has also received awards in fine arts and expository writing from The Boston Globe and the John S. Knight Institute for Writing in the Disciplines, respectively.
